My family recently stayed in a home in Frisco called Someday.  We are first time renters with you and I must say everything about our experience was great.  Easy check-in/check-out.  The home was clean, everything worked and the location was just what we needed, peaceful.  We have been coming to the island since our kids have been old enough to make the 10 hour trip from home, some 8 years ago.  I personally have visited numerous times when I was younger and couldn’t wait, once I started a family, to return with them to show them how amazing Hatteras Island is.  I am fairly well traveled and have been afforded the opportunity to visit many beach locations across the country.  Nowhere, and I mean nowhere, is better than HI.  We love this place and consider it our home away from home.   We consider ourselves a realty company’s perfect guests.  We clean up after ourselves and respect the home in which we stay in, leaving it as good if not better than we found it.  Same goes for the beaches and island.  It breaks our heart to see the way some people treat the homes and the island.
Thank you for being a realty that is still not gouging us visitors.  Through the years, we have been hit with insanely large increases in rental rates and its sad to see the island become a rich mans playground where only the truly wealthy or huge groups of people can afford many of these homes for the week. We’re not wealthy, my wife and I work hard to be able to afford of time there each year with the kids and you folks make it possible for small families like us to still come and enjoy or favorite place. 
One more thing.  My wife had a “banner week” of collecting large shells at the point.  She kept many but noticed that other guests were leaving behind a collection of a few so she decided to “donate” to the décor of the house a few shells of our own.
Sorry if this was long, but I felt compelled to reach out and say thank you.  You have earned a new repeat customer.  We’re hoping to sneak off to the island sometime over the fall or perhaps next spring for my wifes 50th birthday!
